Sem 2 week 3

 This week I began modelling all the assets needed to accommodate for my story change. this included:


Mr clown's body

Monster 1

Monster 2 


Using the same process I used to model the 'Mikey' character, I began sculpting out the other three characters staring with the clown body. Following the concept sketches I made in semester one, I made sure that the clown was tall and skinny so that he towers over Mikey.



I used a new Blender 'shader' for the clown that allowed me to adjust fingerprint size, roughness, gloss, and cracks so that I could achieve the type of clay look I was aiming for. I will most likely also apply this shader to Mikey's mesh as it is far more effective and reminiscent of actual clay than the one currently being used.





Once I adjusted the clay settings to a point where I was happy with the finished look, I moved on to modelling the secondary monsters. Following another design from my early concepts I followed the same process.
